Welcome to Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. By booking and paying for a consultation through our website (stephanieallenconsulting.com) via the Calendly platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All consultations must be booked through the Calendly platform integrated into our website. You can learn more by reading Calendly Customer Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Payment for some specific consultations, such as the “Clarity Call” is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

1.3 All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your booking will be the one displayed at the time of payment.

1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up to date.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

2.1 You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the Calendly platform, subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within fifteen days to the original payment method.

2.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your consultation within five business days of the original booking.

2.4 If you fail to attend your consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Consultation Terms

3.1 Consultations are provided based on the information you provide during the booking process. Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. is not responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete information provided.

3.2 The consultation does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. All recommendations are provided for informational purposes only, and any actions you take based on the consultation are at your own discretion and risk.

3.3 Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion, provided a full refund is issued in such cases.

4. Technical Issues

4.1 Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. is not responsible for technical issues on your end, such as internet connectivity problems or device malfunctions, which may prevent you from attending the consultation.

4.2 In the event of technical issues on our end, such as platform outages or disruptions, we will work with you to reschedule the consultation at no additional cost.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 By booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of scheduling, payment, and delivering the consultation.

5.2 Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. uses Calendly to manage bookings. Please review Calendly’s terms and privacy policy for additional details about how your data is handled.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the consultation services.

6.2 Our total liability for any claim related to the consultation services shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultation.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.

8. Amendments

8.1 Stephanie Allen Consulting Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
